I Had the Most Awesome Day

I was very lucky on Friday to spend it with my friends Sue,Michelle and Karen (no blog)

Karen showed us her clamshell quilt which took her 6 years to make,it was beautiful.

Omg how beautiful is this quilt, stunning.

There was lots of gorgeous things to see in Karen's sewing room

How cute is this little mini.Michelle nearly wet her pants when she found Karen's French General cupboard, lol

Michelle and i trying to do a selfie while Karen is busy getting lunch,Karen was working on some Xmas buntings,Michelle was working on her blessings and Sue was working on Michelle's cute Aussie Xmas decorations.

How beautiful is this DJ quilt that Karen's mother made, its all hand pieced and was the first quilt she had sewn.

And to follow in a couple of days will be my most amazing day with the most awesome gift i have ever received.

 Life only comes around once.
So do what makes you happy and be around people who make you smile.
cheers shez xx

    Karen's work is beautiful.
So glad Michelle didn't wet her pants, although a cupboard full of French Generals would do that to most of us. x
