Wow what a Great Seminar

My sister and i went to the DonTolman seminar in Geelong yesterday and learned so much about good foods and Don is a Myth-buster and enemy of modern mediSIN & miracle supplements for over 40 years

I have so much reading ahead of me and so much to learn, and the first thing is to get of the pepsi max

My sister and i enjoyed a great day and walked 4kms in the sun and then had a lovely lunch at a vegan cafe,it was great spending the day together chatting and learning.

Don even signed our books and had a quick chat with us,and i am going to do Base camp with him in July, cant wait.
Hard to believe this man is 70 he had a body of a 25 year old and his eyes just sparkled, such a lovely man out to change the world with healthy eating, and to show how we can use good wholesome food  to heal our bodies ,it was very interesting.

Life only comes around once.
So do what makes you happy and be around people who make you smile.

cheers shez xx

  12. Love the changes to your blog design! I think there is a lot of truth to this subject. Years ago we had a friend that was diagnosed with cancer. She did a lot of research on eating healthy and never took one bit of medical treatment for it. That was back in the 70s. She is still living and is cancer free and in her 90s. There is also a lot of talk about autism being caused by vaccinations. Of course I know nothing, but I believe it has more to do with the chemical that are used in our food chain. I'll be interested to know more about what you learned.
