Nearly There

I got another Wrsitlet bag finished ,loving the fresh colours of red and white.

I only have one more to make and then i am going to make myself one.

These are the last 3 i have made, such a sweet pattern.

I had to buy a new camera as my other one broke.

So i thought i would zoom in and take some pics of the pretty birds that we get in our yard.

So pretty i could watch them all day.

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend.
Lots of love Shez.xx

  2. Our native birds are so colourful. Your grass looks the same "straw" colour as mine. Oh for some rain which never comes. Three pretty bags all in a row.

  26. I love your birds!! People put them in cages here. I did that too once when I was young and a different person. Now I can't even think about using a birdcage in any kind of decor.

    Another lovely purse!

  27. Oh, I almost forgot. I want to thank you for posting the link to this pouch pattern. I ordered it. I think I could figure out how to make that flower easy enough, but heck, don't we stitchers have a responsibility to support pattern designers? Yes, we DO. Plus She offers some great tutorials.

  35. Oh Shez, your bags are wonderful - the flowers on them are made so beautifully! Yes, don't die of shock, I'm finally catching up and my laptop seems to be complying (or is it the internet perhaps??) I really must just get myself a decent camera - I miss not being able to zoom in easily - I've been using the ipad and phone cameras for the past couple of years since my last camera broke - but as I can see from your bird photos, the ability to be able to zoom in to get the good shots makes all the difference! Well done my friend

  36. Oh, what gorgeous wrist bags, love the fabrics you have chosen and the red and white one is my favourite. How interesting to see those birds in one´s backyard, we only see sparrows, crows, robins and blackbirds.

  37. Oh my gosh, look at these birds, they're beautiful. I'm glad you had your camera ready. How striking they are! I love the birds and often watch them, but we usually only get the ordinary birds around here. And your red bag with the cheerful white flower is really nice. I think this is my favorite bag that you've made so far. : )

  40. I love the birds you have in your yard. They are so colorful. We have a bird feeder in out back yard and get a lot of birds. They are so much fun to watch. Our birds are usually small grey ones with different colored heads. The brightest bird we have is a bluejay!
