We were lucky that Cheryll and i had all day to spend with Michelle ,so she very kindly drove us up to Spring Bluff Railway Station and we had a lovely morning tea there in a little Dutch cafe and we caught up Fiona there.
Then Fiona drove us up to the Quilter's Angel in Highfields,it was a lovely spot and was like a little English village a very pretty place.
How lovely is Cheryll she nursed my broken ankle while we were in the car as it had swollen with the heat.not many friends would hold your foot ,lol, thankyou Cheryll.
And these are my purchases from the lovely Steph from Quilter's Angel who just happens to be Fiona's neighbour.
Then we went to Fiona's home and had a lovely lunch and got the chance to check out Fiona's lovely sewing room.
I also got the chance to check out Fiona's new sewing chair,it was very comfortable ,now i remembered something about her hiding her goodies under the seat so i checked it out and she had hidden gifts for us under the seat, lol, she said she knew i would look there, lol.
I was lucky to receive lovely gifts from Michelle and Fiona, those M&M's were a lovely treat.
Cheryll and i were also very lucky that we had the Monday to spend with Michelle as well and she took us to Eastcoast fabrics and i might've had a big spendup, lol, that trolly of fabrics in front of cheryll may or may not of been mine, lol.
I was so pleased with my purchases these fabrics were $5.95 and i also bought some lovely white linen to stitch on and some insul brite for making oven mitts and lots of zips as i find this size hard to get where i go.
Then Michelle made us a lovely lunch and we chatted till it was time for Michelle to take us to the airport, thankyou so much Michelle and Fiona for the lovely time spent with you both.
Hope your day is a good one.
Cheers Shez xx
