Baby Shower

I wanted to make a bib to add to the baby parcel i was putting together, this is a lovely pattern given to me by my buddy Lyn.

This is the parcel that i put together for my niece Alana for her baby shower.

Alana has 5 weeks to go and her mother my sister is so excited this is going to be their first grandchild.
Alana was glowing and she was very proud of her growing tummy.

This is my sister's beautiful ragdoll cat Coco Pop,she has just had 3 kittens ,i didnt get to see them as they have already gone to their new homes.

This is a new soup recipe i tried, which is very yummy, its a bit different to the other soups that i make so it was nice to have a change,i made this soup for my sister who is a vegetarian and instead of adding chicken i added a can of  organic 3 bean mix and used vegetable stock, she loved it and took some home with her, recipe below.

Recipe for the Country chicken soup.

Hope your day is a good one.
Cheers Shez xx

  13. Who would not love to receive such a lovely parcel of hand-made baby goodies. The bib is so sweet and a great little pattern I can tell. That soup does look absolutely delicious, and I am tempted to give it a go. It has been down to zero around here this week - definitely soup weather!
