Bits & Pieces

My buddy Lyn sent me a pic of Audrey chicken in the vest that i  knitted for her,and Lynnie said she is healing really well after her tackle with the fox.

I finished another 7 tags for Ruth's quilt.

Finished all 35 of them so now to trim them up and cut the strips.

I have decided to make these bags for my grandies at xmas time,so i have one all traced out ready for FNSI

I made some peanut butter bikkies,i love these as they are like shortbread.

Here is the recipe as you can tell these have been made many times and are a favourite with the grandies and hubby.

Dont forget to sign up for FNSI with our lovely hostess Wendy.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
Cheers Shez xx

  3. Oh my goodness! Now I understand how the chicken vest works. I'm so happy it is allowing your friend's chickens to heal from the fox attack.

The night before Christmas bags will be as cute as your tags and I'm sure your grandies will appreciate them.

Thank you for the FNSI reminder, I must plan a post and get my project ready.

  20. I've never seen a rooster or chicken in a knitted sweater! I'm surprised it tolerated having it on. My dog won't even let me put a harness on him for walks, lol. Your tags look great and will make a nice quilt filled with love as you stitched. I made three french vanilla creme pies yesterday, topped with strawberries. That was my domestic task for the week...maybe the month, lol. Once again I find myself saving your closing meme. I am finally thinking this way, but I have to remind Terry all the time. He is so disgusted with the limitations his health cause.
