Night Before Christmas Bags

Finally got to my sewing machine so i stitched the ric rac onto the bag front edges.

Then i had a sewing mishap, the pattern went to slip off my sewing table and reflex i just grabbed out for it and my finger got caught under the sewing machine, broke the needle ,it went in fairly deep ,but looking at it today and it is healing up well.

Now its starting to look like a bag, lol.

Some top stitching to finish it off and now to sew the straps.

Its all finished and i am so pleased with it.

I used Annie Downs of Hatched & Patched pretty pink xmas fabric for the body of the bag .

This bag is for my Grand daughter Elissa ( Liss ) who goes 15 soon, and i just got in my scentsy order a lovely body mousse and some matching roll on perfume and they fit in the bag perfectly, one present done and dusted and only 6 to go,lol.

This is the bag done up with the presents inside of it,plenty of room.
This is a lovely Red Brolly pattern by Bronwyn Hayes called The Night Before Christmas Bags.

Hope your day is a good one.
Cheers Shez xx
