Birthday & Farewell

My oldest Grand daughter Madison turned 17, 2 weeks ago and all the family went out for tea to celebrate, boy they grow up fast.

Do you remember this stitchery where the dye ran ,well i bought a pkt of colour catchers and it took all the running dye out, yipee its saved.

So another finish for the pressie box.

I made these taco cups, they were really nice ,recipe here.

We had a lovely service for mum last Thursday with my daughter officiating ,my mum would've been very proud the whole family was involved in different aspects of it.
We also had the bagpipes playing amazing Grace at the start and at the conclusion of the service the bag pipes played Going Home, mum did highland dancing and loved the bagpipes.

Cheers Shez xx

Joys and sorrows go hand in hand, but I'm glad to hear that you have a good worship for your mother, and all the good memories of her are now becoming precious treasures in your hearts. The tacocups look delicious. Maybe I'm trying to make them. ... and Rudolf, he's just awesome. :-)
