New Sewing Group

I have joined a new sewing group called the Green Dragons which is held at Michelle DeGroot's Studio not that far from where i live.
I was lucky to see her new puppy she was so cute and everyone was giving her lots of cuddles in between hand sewing or machine sewing.
I learnt so much and Michelle was only too happy to answer any questions we had about sewing, machine needles, etc.
Such a lovely group and i was made very welcome, cant wait till the next sit and sew, lol.

Michelle is a textile arstist and she also paints and draws and she had quite a few beautiful pics as she had just had an exhibition last weekend while the arts trail was on.

And i might shock you all i did do some work in between chatting, lol

My friend Brenda just had a tattoo done on her arm and the initials are of her Grand Children.
Brenda also just bought herself a lovely bag which i thought was beautiful it had a cat on the front.

I also bought these mesh stencils and some chalk powder ,hope this will help with my FMQ,think i will do what my budyy Fiona suggested and make a cushion cover so i can use the stencils.

Hope you all have a wonderful day .
Cheers Shez xx
