Friendship

The last couple of days i have been full up with a head and chest cold ,so i havent been doing much at all.

I finished these stitcheries when i had my broken ankle so i picked one to finish.

I chose this lovely stitchery that i got at a retreat many years ago and i got to meet Rosalie for the first time, what a beautiful lady she was always smiling and she signed the bottom of the stitchery for me.
I finally found a frame i knew i had bought one a couple of years ago it was just a matter of going through my sewing room to find it,lol.

I laced it up and all was going well till i decided to iron it before i put it into the frame .

Yep you guessed it that rotten  thread bled around the birds tail feathers on the left hand side, buggar ,but i am leaving it.

I had stitched it in purple so that i could hang it in my bedroom, one UFO down, many more to go.

Hope you all have a lovely day xx
Cheers Shez xx

  31. I would hang it just as it is too. I like your new look of your blog. At least it's new to me. I haven't been on line much to heart issues and being so so tired. Praise God it was found and meds are working at this time. Praying to get better without meds in future. Dr. say it is a possibility with the correct exercise. Hoping things are well with you and yours. And your cold gets better soon, they wear you out too.
